Go to the "Tools" pull-down menu, and select
"Services".
You
will see a screen like this.

Click the "Properties" button.

E-mail" and click "OK".

Enter the following
information.
Full
name - Enter the name that
people will see when they receive email from you.
E-mail
address - Enter your email
address.
Internet
Mail server - Enter your
incoming mail server: "mail.yourdomain.com".
Account
name - Enter the username you
entered when you created the email account in your control
panel.
Password
- Enter the password for the account.

Click on the "Advanced
Options" button.
You
will see a screen like this.

In the "Forward all outbound
mail to the following mail server" field, enter your ISP's
outgoing mail (SMTP) server.

In the "Internet Mail"
box, click the "Connection" tab.
You
will see a screen like this.

Select your Internet connection.

Click "OK".

Setting
Up Outlook 98
1.
Go to the "Tools" pull-down menu and select
"Accounts".

field, enter the name that people will see when they receive email
from you. Then click "Next".

Incoming
mail (POP3 or IMAP) server - Enter

Outgoing
Mail (SMTP) Server - Enter your
ISP's outgoing mail (SMTP) server.

Click "Next".

Enter the following information.
POP
account name - Enter the username
you entered when you created the email account in your control
panel.
Password
- Enter the password for the account.

sure the "Log on using Secure Password
Authentication (SPA)" option is NOT selected.

connection that your computer uses. It's often convenient to select
"Connect using my local area network (LAN)", even if you
use a modem to connect to the Internet.

Setting
Up Outlook 2000
