3.1 ConcordNet tracks the total number of visitors to each of our pages within the ConcordNet Web site in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our site. Personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process. ConcordNet may use or disclose aggregated (not personally identifiable) information for any purpose.

4.0 Contacts with Customers

5.0 Cancelled Account Information 

5.1 When a web site hosting or domain registration account is cancelled with ConcordNet the information collected from the user will be maintained until all accounts have been settled and for a period of not less than 6 months after account cancellation.

6.0 Information Stored Offline

6.1 Customer related information is stored offline, such as email addresses, telephone numbers and where applicable credit card information is stored offline to prevent security breeches and the misuse of this information.
