separate website and cope with the heavy demand of
international orders that Heirs & Grace was receiving.

Basic
eCommerce Solution
ConcordNet’s basic eCommerce solution is a database
driven system where customers can order your products
online. Customer will be able to make payments by credit
card through a secure ordering system. They will have a
choice of selecting colour, size and quantity of the product
before they place their order. The basic system provides for
the manual processing of orders and credit card payments.
The online store will have the following important features:
Shop Control Panel
This allows the shop owner to have total control over the
shop. The owner and staff of the business can administer
orders and maintain shop information. They will also have
the ability to Edit Orders and notify customers of the
status of the order. Tax and shipping options can also be
changed to match your particular needs.
Multi Currency
The customer may view product prices in a number of
currencies, the most common being GBP £, EURO, USD, AUD,
NZD, & CAD. The way this will work is the customer will
select the currency they want to view the product prices in
and the system will automatically convert this to the
currency selected. However, orders placed will be processed
in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Multiple Languages
When editing the shop, the owner can manually input the
information for each product into as many languages as they
choose i.e. Spanish, German, French and English. The way
that this works is that the customer will select a language
and the shop will be converted to that language.
Specials
The shop owner can display specials throughout the site and
these will automatically appear randomly as you visit
different pages so that the site is constantly changing and
not static.
Frequently Asked Question
This is an important feature as it allows the customer to
see general questions and answers about your shop and
products.
Newsletter
This gives the owner of the shop the ability to communicate
with the customers about new products or updates
Gift Vouchers
This allows customers to buy a voucher for another person.
Add-ons
ConcordNet has also created some add-on modules for
shop owners. These innovative modules are available for
integration into your eCommerce system as well and are
outlined in the product details below.
Wholesale Website
This module allows you to have an ordinary retail shop and
in addition a wholesale section. Wholesalers will be able to
login and view wholesale prices and information and place
orders. This also allows you to set quantity discounts.
Automated Credit Cards Processing
This allows your shop to process your online transactions
through a Secure Payment Gateway called Verisign PayFlow
Link. Your bank, the Westpac Bank, supports this. This
facility can be added to the basic eCommerce solution after
the shop is configured.

Content Management System
This will allow you to edit pages like about us, knowledge
base, contact us etc yourself without paying the ongoing
costs for website maintenance.
Search Engine Optimisation Module
Google and Yahoo are the most popularly used search engines
and it is important that all pages of your website and shop
be listed on these 2 search engines. This admin tool will
also improve your ranking on the search engines by
converting database code in the Internet explorer address
bar to the names of the pages etc so that if you type in a
specific product it is mentioned in the address.
